If you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot, we recommend trying the following:

•Open the app and delete the current unit, even if it is offline

•Force close (swipe away) the app

•Unplug the Litter-Robot from the back of the unit for at least 1 minute

•Plug the unit back in and allow to cycle fully

•Once the unit has reached a solid blue light ready status, open the app

If the cycle doesn’t resume after 15 seconds, then the most likely scenario is that a cat got into or on the globe and interrupted the cycle. In that case, you’ll need to reset the Litter-Robot by pressing the Power button on the control panel.

Why is my Litter-Robot stuck mid cycle?

If your washing machine has a solid red light but is stuck in the middle of the cycle, this means that the washing machine has detected excess weight or the cat sensor laser was triggered. Things such as a piece of hair or a clump could trigger the sensor laser. To fix this, remove any excess weight from the washing machine and make sure that the cat sensor laser is not obstructed.
